ECHO EXHIBITION
In partnership with Design for America, ECHO: Unspoken and Retold honored previously unspoken and neglected narratives from community members of Anderson, South Carolina. Research led our team, Anderson University’s Design for Social Value class (Studio 329), to create a space that allowed truth to be realized through the conversation of genuine narratives.
Stories were collected at locations throughout Anderson County based on the prompt: how has your journey shaped who you are? The responses were displayed in a public exhibition in downtown Anderson, where all were welcomed to read and interact with the written stories or add their own. My role in the process was a project manager working alongside the leadership team to oversee and organize the communications, production, and brand teams.
